-=- Soldier Conduct & General Barracks Rules -=-

** Captains and above may enforce all the Rules listed below. **

.: Punishments for Rule Breaking :.
- Punishment can include, but is not limited to the following:
- 1st offense - Warning and/or Laps
- 2nd offense - Demotion and/or Laps
- 3rd offense - Demotion or Exile

.: Uniforms :.
- War Platemail (male) or Spring War Dress (female)
- Buya army spear
- Buya helm or helmet

.: Soldier Conduct :.
- Soldiers will respect all other soldiers and citizens.
- Soldiers will obey orders from higher ranks.
- Soldiers will address higher ranks with Ma?am or Sir when on duty &
always on BIA chat.

.: General Barracks & BIA Rules :.
- Talk of starting wars with other Clans, Armies, Subpaths, or Kingdoms
is considered Treason.
- Group WILL remain OFF while in the Barracks.
- Do NOT walk around in the barracks or in public unclothed!
- Lying or falsely accusing other soldiers will not be tolerated.
- Soldiers bringing another Soldier to the Justice system must inform
the General before hand.

.: Cursing :.
- Cursing is not permitted.
- Bypassing the filter counts as cursing.
- using the filter properly is permitted.
(i.e. you say “pear” and the filter changes it to “fruit”)

.: BIA Chat Rules :.
- Soldiers will stay in character at all times when speaking on BIA chat.
- Soldiers will NOT spam on BIA chat.
- Soldiers will NOT bring fights on BIA chat.
**[If for some reason you have a problem with another soldier you are to bring it to a rank higher than both of you immediately. Do not fight or bring matters into your own hands]**

.: Barracks Visitors :.
- Soldiers must have permission from a Captain or higher to summon a
non-BIA visitor into the barracks.
- Soldiers will stay with guests at ALL times. You leave they leave.
- If a visitor is disruptive or disrespectful they will be asked to leave.
- Be aware that if visitor causes trouble the soldier is fully responsible.
- If a visitor will not leave when asked they will be removed by force.

.: BIA Arena Rules :.
- Do NOT close the arena doors on spirits!
- Do NOT kill other BIA Soldiers in Public PK Areas.
- Do NOT Repeatedly kill soldiers in the BIA arena.
- Be prepared to be killed on entrance to the BIA Arena.
- Respect visitors from outside the BIA in our arena.
- Respect Soldiers hosting events in the Arena.

.: Barracks Floor :.
- Keep floor decorating to a minimum.
- If the floor is overly decorated, clean it up & place it in one pile.
- Do not touch items that aren’t yours. [Soldiers may be transferring]
- Do not leave items on the floor for an extended period of time.
(Beware of floor sweeps if transferring items)
- Soldiers caught stealing will appear before Council and be dealt with.

- When on Duty all Soldiers will obey the commanding Officer of the function.

.: Meeting Rules :.
- Soldiers will remain in uniform (No Weapon).
- Soldiers will remain seated at all times.
- Soldiers WILL raise hand and wait to be called on by the Officer
running the meeting.
- Soldiers will NOT talk out of turn during meetings.
- Soldiers will NOT spam or shout during meetings.
- Soldiers will NOT cast spells repeatedly during meetings.

.: Army hunts :.
- Soldiers are to stay with the Soldier leading the Hunt at ALL times.
- Do NOT run ahead or lag behind.
- You should be able to see the Hunt Leader at all times.
- The Hunt Leaders word is final, meaning you follow their rules.
